During my stay in a triple room, I encountered multiple issues. The cleanliness was lacking, with a noticeable bad smell from the toilet, likely due to sewage problems. the amenities were limited. there were no basic necessities like a kettle, and the furniture was outdated and in poor condition.

The spa facility was a great way to unwind after a busy day exploring Pristina, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

The décor in the room felt quite outdated, and the coffee table was a bit hazardous, especially at night due to its clear glass material.
